When I met Logan over coffee for the first time, I could tell that she was exactly my type of bride. Uber organized, but still easy-going and TONS of fun. We talked for a long time about her big day & I was already starting to count down the months until her big day. I met her fiance, Andrew, and his son Ben during their engagement session and loved them as well!
When the big day arrived, I was PUMPED. This was my first wedding back after maternity leave and I was thrilled to kick off my last few weddings of the year on a high note! The weather was warm & the sun was shining. Everyone was in a great mood and the atmosphere of the whole day was a big party! After the ceremony, we all hopped on a trolley and rode around the tiny town of Caldwell making stops at the liquor store and the occasional photo-op.
Although we had a blast, there were a few very important people missing from the celebration. Andrew’s mom and Logan’s dad had passed away, and everyone in attendance could feel the spaces they should have occupied. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when Logan’s younger brother walked her down the aisle – I’ll never forget that moment.
